Villa Agung Khalia Ubud Bali

There are three villas within the complex. All of the villas have 3 en-suite bedrooms, 4 toilets, 2 living rooms, 4 balconies and a kitchen. Villa 1 has a private pool while villas II and III share a larger pool. The villas each measure about 300 square meters, just over 3,150 square feet. Villa I has a private poolside gazebo. Villas II & III share one. There is a third bale-bale for common use set in a lotus pond between villas I and II. Each villa has a downstairs bathroom with bathtub, two upstairs bathrooms with large open showers, and a downstairs half-bathroom.

* Villas II & III share a 5m x 10m pool plus a children's pool area & bale. Renting both of these is perfect for larger family groups traveling together, giving a full 6 bedrooms. Villa II can be rented as a single private 3-bedroom villa (villa III would remain vacant).
* The villas were completed in July '08 by a local Balinese and a US-based professor. The villas were designed for a blend of traditional Balinese style and a desire for outside tropical living. We have an open-air feel throughout the villas by using mesh screens above all windows and on the sliding doors. In combination with the overhead fans throughout the villas you will find yourself very comfortable day or night while minimizing the environmental impact.

LOCATION
The Villa complex is located within the rice terraces of Banjar Sala, just 4km (2.5 mi) from the center of Ubud. It takes about 8 minutes to drive to the villa from Ubud and just over an hour to reach the villa from the Denpasar airport.

If you prefer, you could stroll into Ubud in about 40 minutes or ride a bike (though there are a few steep but short hills) in about 12 to 15 minutes.

   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Daily American breakfast in restaurant

   All rates are subject to 15% government tax & service charge.
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: June 1 - September 15, Chinese New Year, Easter Week.
   Peak season period: December 14 - January 17.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
