Built by a noted American real estate developer as his private sanctuary, it is available on a limited basis. Beachfront Villa Coco is a haven nestled between the trees of a former colonial coconut plantation. The property consists of three traditional teak structures that are hand hewn houses altered to incorporate the conveniences and luxury expected in a villa.

A little more than an hour drive out of Seminyak, this villa hides among some of Bali's local villages untouched by western influences, amazing contoured rice fields and acclaimed surfing beaches.

Villa Coco's entertaining area has dining for up to twelve dinner guests plus many seating areas each boasting a different ocean view. The western, modern styled kitchen is a stainless steel and teak creation perfect for those who enjoy cooking. The master suites are individual, two-hundred-year-old teak houses each with its own character and garden bathrooms. Also, the main house offers a guest bedroom en-suite. Abundant outdoor seating and lounging areas provide for perfect sunbathing, reading, and resting not to forget a separate, hidden bale` ideal for beachfront surveillance.

A 22meter infinity edge pool sets the stage for amazing sunsets and provides plenty of room for swimming. Designed to passively solar-heat the water, the pool is delightful at any time of day or night.

Boutique hotels are within a five minute drive as well as several restaurants ranging from simple beachside cafes to elegant dining. In addition to Bali's best terraced rice fields, the area features horseback riding, surfing, fishing, hiking, or simple relaxation. A morning beach stroll among the local fisherman will feature temples, tidal pools, and bat caves in each direction. Enjoy swimming in the natural salt water pool at your private beach.

Amenities include daily breakfast, laundry, telephone, modern kitchen, AC, cable TV, and DVD featuring a large movie library. Your friendly 24-hour staff lives in separate houses adjacent to the villa. There are five staff members including night security. Excellent western and local cuisine is available from your private chef on a monthly or per-diem basis.

   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:

   All rates are subject to 10% government tax.
   Rates do not include breakfast.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High/ Peak season period: July 15 - September 15, December 20 -  January 8, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights and HIGH/ PEAK season: 7 nights.
