This stunning villa is featuring modern architecture and fitted only with finest facility and services. With rejuvenating view of rice field, it is absolutely a stylish escape.

Location
Villa Kita is conveniently located in the midst of lush rice field in Canggu area, about 45 minutes from the airport and only 25 minutes from Seminyak, a vibrant area with many choices of restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to the beach, Villa Kita offers an ideal holiday retreat.

The Villa
Encompassing an area of 1,300 m2, Villa Kita is featuring modern architecture, tastefully decorated in a minimalist style and equipped with all modern comfort and facilities. It is comprises of three buildings arranged in 'U' shape structure including main building featuring living and dining area and two buildings each comprises of two bedrooms. The villa is perfectly situated to take in the serenity of its surrounding.

The villa vicinity is accessible through a private road in the middle of gently sloping rice field. The main building is impressive, towering over the compound with large wooden Javanese style entrance. It is featuring large living and dining area set along with the kitchen and guest lavatory on the ground floor, opens to the garden and pool. A sleek wooden stair adjacent to the dining area leads to the upper floor which consists of an open air mezzanine with alluring view to the surrounding greenery. Further, a small 'bridge' is connecting this area to a comfortable library.

The four bedrooms (all double bed) are set in two different building in left and right side of the compound with garden in the middle, decorated with antique wooden boat. Similar in design, each bedroom is equipped with fine furniture and en-suite bathroom overlooking to the garden and to the pool. Lush outdoor space is featuring minimalist garden with 'T' shaped pool including shallow level for children, fringed with a small lower lawn suitable for BBQ or outdoor dining. Pool chairs are provided on the wooden deck to relax on. Ensuring the guest privacy; the staff quarter is located in a discreet distance of the living next to the parking area.

Villa Service
At your full service, the manager is supervising 7 staffs including one cook, 3 house keepers, one gardener, maintenance and one securities operating in the villa.

   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival
   - Welcome drinks and cool towels on arrival
   - 1 x Breakfast (first morning only)
   - Daily a 7-seats car with driver for 8 consecutive hours (excluded petrol)
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 -31 and December 20 - January 10.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
