   High Season: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year & Easter Week.
   Peak Season: August 1 - 31 & December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 4 nights; PEAK season: 6 nights.
