Villa Maple is the ideal base for guests who prefer to unwind in stylish surroundings. It is a place to soak up the sun during the day and then savour Seminyak’s vibrant wining and dining scene by night.

Great Location
Located in a relatively quiet section of Seminyak, Villa Maple is suitably distanced from the activity of mainstream tourism. It is just a short walk to Warung Sulawesi, a popular local eatery specialising in delicious home-style cuisine from around the Indonesian archipelago.

The restaurants and shops of Jalan Oberoi are just a 5 minute ride away by car. And the nearest beach is even closer for swimming, surfing and to experience Bali’s amazing sunset. Ngurah Rai International Airport can be reached in 20 minutes depending on daily traffic conditions.

Tropical Living
Villa Maple’s open plan-living environment is a communal area overlooking the pool. Bathed in natural sunlight, this space also catches a refreshing afternoon breeze that slowly drifts over the island during the summer season.

There is a woven lounge suite and a matching dining suite for up to 6 adult guests to socialise over meals. A modern kitchen facility is tucked out of sight but features all necessary appliances and utensils for self-catering should the need arise.

Absolute Privacy
The villa has three double bedrooms that have been strategically positioned to ensure complete adult privacy. There is a tastefully appointed bedroom with en-suite bathroom located just off the living area with pool and garden views. It has a separate shower and tub for bathing indulgence.

The second bedroom and full sized en-suite bathroom is upstairs and comes with its own sun terrace. The third bedroom is housed in a separate structure at the far end of the swimming pool. Although this room is secluded, it only has a compact bathroom with a shower facility.

Exotic Compound
Villa Maple lies within a Balinese inspired garden compound with a green patch of lawn, exotic plants and an eye-catching water feature at the entrance. A clear water swimming pool is the focal point of this setting where a slightly elevated deck accommodates several reclining chairs.

1. Rates
   All rates are net/villa/night, quoted in US$ with the following benefits:
   - Welcome drinks on arrival
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival
   Rates do not include breakfast.
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High/Peak season period: July 1 - September 15 and December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 3 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
