1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Return airport transfers
   - Welcome drink, cold towel and flower garland upon arrival

2. High & Peak Season Period
   High/Peak season period: December 20 - January 7.
   Minimum stay: HIGH season: 3 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
3. Children Policy
   Children under 5 years will free of charge for breakfast. Child from 6 - 10 years will be charged at 50% from the rate of food and beverage items. The extra bed for children (11-15 years) will be charged at USD 35 net/night inclusive breakfast. The extra charge breakfast for children (11-15 years) sharing with parents at USD 15 net/breakfast.
