Villa Marxiz is a spacious 6-bedroom estate, nestled peacefully between Seminyak and Canggu in the heart of Bali’s heritage village, on the southwest coast of Bali. The villa offers a calming retreat where guests can completely relax in comfortably appointed surroundings.

The property comprises a total of 850m2 main house and two additional guest houses, a pool house with an outdoor 10-seated dining area and a bar set up, and a generous 20-metres saltwater system swimming pool with enormous sundeck - sun lounger area, set in 2800m2 of beautiful tropical gardens.

The graceful architecture of the main two-storey house blends tropical architecture with contemporary design, traditional Indonesian materials, a shingle roof, and recycled teak and bengkirai hardwood floors. On the ground floor, the open space living room is overlooking the rest of the property and gives an extraordinary feeling of luxury. A dining pavilion and integrated kitchen facility caters especially for extended groups and entertaining. This setting is dominated by a magnificent dining table that has been crafted out of a single piece of timber to accommodate 10 guests in a formal seating arrangement. The sleek kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range stainless steel appliances and a double door refrigerator to enable convenient meal preparation. An elegant dresser is used to store all necessary tableware.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are positioned on the ground floor of the main house. Mirror versions of each other, each feature a warm wooden floor and latticed sliding doors, showing the pool deck and garden. Each bedroom is furnished with a custom made king size bed and featuring en-suite bathroom.

On the 2nd floor of the main house, on one side of the mezzanine, the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom is in similar setting to the two bedrooms downstairs, with an additional of a wooden office desk that is placed nicely near the window, allows enough light without interfering with the ambience of the bedroom.

On the other side of the mezzanine, an air-conditioned spacious TV room is furnished with 2 large bed-sofa that could be the most comfortable additional bedroom. This TV room is equipped with a home theatre entertainment system, boasts with a flat-screen TV and supported by a hi-tech surround sound and music system, in addition to satellite TV channels. This TV room is also featuring en-suite toilet.

Only few steps away from the beautiful set of the main house is the two-bedroom family guest house. Both bedrooms are featuring en-suite bathroom with a joint outdoor round natural stone bathtub, fully air-conditioned in a warm hardwood Merbau floors.

The private air-conditioned one-bedroom guest house is set at the far end of the garden, adjacent to tiny river that claves the property into 2 sections, featuring en-suite bathroom with an outdoor bathtub, furnished with a custom made king size bed.

All guest houses offer a sense of privacy and tranquility.

The enticing 20-metres swimming pool is positioned in front of the main house and is ideal for swimming laps. It utilizes an advanced salt water filtration system that is soft on the earth and gentle on the skin. For those who enjoy lazing beside the pool, the ironwood pool deck is furnished with eight traditional sun beds under canopy umbrella. The expansive terraced gardens are characterized by flat terraced lawns, punctuated by beautiful mature trees.

The pool house rests in the far side of the pool within the garden. It is characterized by antique teakwood walls and a shingle roof. This enchanting little house is flanked by a raised timber deck, complete with an outdoor bar, a dining table and chairs.

The villa is fully staffed to provide high-standard services. The maids, gardeners, and full time security are at your beck and call. Professional babysitters can be hired both part time and full time and there’s any number of extracurricular activities for children of all ages that can be arranged. The villa manager also has an extensive list of day trips, adventure tours, site seeing trips, theme parks and activities available to make your stay at truly memorable.

   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:

   Per bedroom and long term rates are available upon request.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High Season period: July 1 - 31 and Easter Week.
   Peak Season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 4.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
3. Maximum Occupancy
   - Rates are based on occupancy of 12 persons. Any additional person will be charged as per extra-bed rate
   - Free of charge for baby between 1 - 2 years old. We will provide 1 baby cot in the villa
   - Free of charge for child between 3 - 5 years old that share bed with parents, 1 child per room and breakfast is excluded
   - Extra charge for child between 6 - 11 years old OR adult at USD 40 per night inclusive breakfast using 1 extra-bed. Maximum 2 extra person is allowed
